Data: With a SaaS account you use a web browser to access your firm's data stored in our state-of-the-art SAS-70 SSAE-16 certified data center. With On-premise you install the software onto a single host machine. This machine will store all your emails, email attachments and documents as well as the firm's data. Staff simply use a web browser to access the firm's data just like SaaS except that your firm's data resides within your firm's walls at all times. With On-premise, your data may reside within your firm's walls but you can still have secure remote access to your data. This is just one of the many reasons the product is called HoudiniESQ.
Cost: With SaaS you pay $64 per seat per month or $768 per seat per year. With On-premise you pay a one-time license fee and just $192 per seat per year.

Are all Staff charged the same?Yes, since every staff member has access to all the features of the product they are all charged the same.
How will I be charged for a SaaS account?You will be charged on a monthly basis starting on the day you activate your account. All SaaS account costs are self-inclusive and do not include any additional fees or taxes. Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We only accept credit card payments through our secure website.
How will I be charged for On-premise?You pay for a annual On-premise license in advance. You will be charged on an annual basis ($192 per seat per year) on your anniversary date. The day you received your On-premise license. On-premise licenses are non-refundable. Before purchasing a On-premise license you should take advantage of the free Solo download. Use the product for as long as you like. When you are satisfied that HoudiniESQ will fit your law practice, you can purchase a annual On-premise license at that time.
